If you work with or around food, you have a responsibility to ensure that anything served to your customers is safe to eat. Our Level 1 Food Safety Training course takes users on an interactive e-learning journey through the fundamentals of food hygiene. Course Topics: 1. Introduction 2. Microbiological hazards 3. Cross-contamination 4. Cleaning 5. Chilling 6. Cooking 7. Hygiene and housekeeping 8. Summary Take the test The course should take approximately 1 hour to complete. You must pass a test at the end of the course to mark it as complete.
